Production Supervisor
Production Supervisor – Hands on but leading by example.
Print is in your blood. You love seeing the creative idea come to life and you’re the one that has made that happen.
Here, you’ll be joining this growing business working on some eye-catching projects, for some big brands that will, if it continues like it has previously, we be award-winning projects.
As a Production Supervisor or Production Manager, you’ll bring these ideas to life. You’ll work with the other departments, pulling the schedules together with meticulous accuracy. You’ll lead a small team of production operatives and vinyl wrappers/ fitters so you’ve got to enjoy people management.
To lead from the front and set an example, you’ll need to have been hands-on previously. Operating printers, finishing equipment, maybe a dab hand and vinyl wrapping too. You’ll still need to get your hands dirty but leading the team, scheduling and stock management are hugely important.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be a Production Supervisor or Production Manager. Full ownership of the print department. You’ll use your experience to:
- People manage a small team
- Control the production schedule
- Hands on printing experience as you’ll need to get your hands dirty still!
- Experience of Large Format Printing and Vinyl Installation is needed.
- Manage stock and workflow
- Update the CRM
