Junior Account Manager

You're amazing at being the first port of call. You love being in control of a process and there's no greater satisfaction for you to know that people know you can be relied on.

All important traits of an Account Manager. More so in a fast-moving, high-quality manufacturing facility like this. You will be at the epicenter of EVERYTHING! The first port of call from a client, the one who is briefing the internal teams of studio, production, sales and installs and the client every single step of the way.

Within the position, you'll be spinning plates so organisation has to be integral on this one. Multiple jobs and multiple stages in the manufacturing process all at the same time. Communication and prioritisation is are also super useful attributes to have in your armory.

It would be ideal if you are coming into this role with knowledge of the Printing industry. Ideally Large Format / Wide Format or Signage but now we are being really selective. If you're the right person though who can guide and account manage then with your attitude and behaviour and quick learning ability, I'm sure you will be a print expert in no time at all.

Safe in the knowledge you are joining a well-respected team, you will nestle nicely amongst the small but connected Client Services Team that is lead by the Client Service Director who has been in the business for many years! He's created a high-performing team that are the engine room of the business. as a Junior Account Manager, you'll be surrounded by the most lovely team who are more than happy to share their knowledge and wisdom to help you succeed.

So, you'll be the first person the client will talk with. You control the process from start to finish. Pulling all the strings and navigating through the process, you are both internal and external facing. Controlling everything. Now, this is a Junior Account Manager position so we know you won't be the finished article but if you are coming from a Customer Service Admin, Account Exec type position, perhaps where you've done aspects of the wider role, this would be a step up for you. Something for you to get your teeth stuck into.

You'll be a whizz on the computer. Flicking through the MIS, Outlook, Excel etc but also, but also, as I mentioned, this is a role where you'll be coordinating with the client and internal department so being comfortable to pick up the phone too, that's important. Not just email!

This is your opportunity to get your teeth into a proper account manager position. You don't need to have a CV to apply for this role. All good things start with a conversation so if this has caught your eye and keen to discuss it, please do make contact with us. We'd love to chat.
