Everyone has a part to play in ensuring that POS is eye catching (for all the good reasons) from the Sales people right through to despatch. You will be no different, as a Die Cut Operator you'll be responsible for ensuring your area of the process is precise, clean and done to perfection. 

You'll have bags of experience in this industry with significant experience of working to tight deadlines, to speed but to the highest levels of cleanliness and precision. 

This role is all about your technical ability but it's pretty important that you can communicate too. You've got to be comfortable in working with us, raising issues you might see, rectifying them and then cracking on. 

Culturally, it's a great place. This will be the 4th person I will have placed onto the production floor in the last 18 months (yes even through a Pandemic). All 4 still with the business and will welcome you with open arms. 

You'll be working as part of the team but you'll be responsible for yourself. You, your equipment, your materials but most importantly your quality of work. You don't get to be part of the best team without producing the best work!
