Vacancy Detail

Production Coordinator

You'll be working within one of the leading manufacturing facilities in the UK producing award-winning large-format print and graphics for some of the biggest names on the planet. Pretty cool eh?!

We are looking for an internal Production Manager who can come in and hit the ground running. Training and development will be provided without question, but someone who knows the industry already is a must.

This won't be your typical Production Manager position. This is more the coordination of the project through production, internally. You won't be hands-on printing nor will you be client-facing. It's an internal role where you're integral to the 'bringing the ideas to life' bit.

There are the salespeople who win the clients. Client Services who manage and develop the relationships and take the briefs. That brief is given to you. You run with it until it's completed. Looking at workflow, scheduling, materials needed, and coordination of the project. On time, within budget in full. From brief to completion, that's your remit.

You'll be joining a well-established team and business. The business has been in operation for 50 years and the longevity of its staff is equally impressive with the average tenure being 12 years. You'll be part of a business that has been voted as 'The best to work for' accredited with 'investors in people' and are the go-to business for all things retail graphics, window displays, office branding and construction graphics. One nice little niche they are really making a name for themselves for is TV, Media and Film work. Imagine how cool it will be telling people you've done the backdrop for something in the latest film?

This role is one for growth. There's currently 3 versions of you in the business. Workload, client intake and just general growth is driving the recruitment here. Nobody to replace, just amazing people to learn from and make the role your own.

They are busy, at capacity and need industry-specific print project coordinators to come and join the business. This really is a great place to be if you are looking for somewhere that can offer you career security, development and working on some of the best projects around, produced on the best printing kit around.

A CV isn't needed at this stage to have a chat to see if this is right for you, so please do just give us a call with any questions you might have.
