Project / Installation Manager

You love being in control, you love getting stuff done and the only way you operate is by rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done. If this sounds like you, then this Project Installation Manager opening could be right up your street.  

There is a lot to this role. You'll be managing and coordinating 100's of jobs at any one given time. You're the facilitator so your knowledge of Large Format Graphics, Vinyl Graphics, POS, and Signage must be as strong as your Installation Management experience. With your experience within this space, coordinating the installation of Seasonal POS or vinyl graphics on the latest window display in 150 high street stores will be a doddle for you. 

You're going to be joining a business that is well known, respected and importantly connected in the industry. The MD, someone who has always been in the industry and then almost 5 years ago, decided to set up on his own. Now, a 7 figure turnover business with multiple people employed and a vetted subcontractor list, they're in now in a position to bring in you, an experienced Installation Manager. 

The business is a facilitator so you'll have to be a strong time manager. Knowing what to get dragged into and what is not worthy of your attention before others. You will have a small team to help with the workload but the key here is that you are the person that the team is then going to be built around. 

As a Project Installation Manager, you'll know your substrates, your suppliers and the print process in order to take a brief from a client. It really is vital that you are coming into this role with experience as it's such a pivotal role for the business. 

You'll be a dab hand on all the normal Microsoft packages and confident enough to navigate through the introduction of a new CRM/MIS system. You'll be instrumental in pushing this business from its solid foundations to the next level. Exciting times.
